More about the last cleanse I'll ever do

People keep asking me about it, so here it is & here is how I have included it into the personal growth work I explore with others when it comes to cleansing.

As I mentioned in the previous blog post, I now love nutritional cleansing.  However, NO SYSTEM WILL WORK to ensure a lifetime of change until you are also able to dissolve the beliefs and unconscious decisions that support the compulsiveness of your eating, bingeing or starving yourself.   I have tried MANY different products on the market and have had varying results - sometimes I did it hoping for some quick weight loss, sometimes it was to give my body a break and get my energy & rest back on track.  I was honestly skeptical when I started hearing about Isagenix several years ago and it took me a long time before I actually decided to try it.  (Weird, because I was willing to starve by live on lemon juice and maple syrup with cayenne pepper for weeks!!)
